Every time I went to church, Steve always greeted me, "how's it going, Ron". I knew he was sincere. He truly wanted to know about me. I knew he really cared - always made me feel special. I looked forward to seeing him every Sunday morning. I enjoyed his perpetual smile and his kind nature. He was such a blessing to me. I miss him, but I know he is having a wonderful time in God's presence!

My first memory of Steve was umpteen years ago at Emily and Ray's. Kaye and Steve had either just met, or had just gotten married, I can't remember as I was just a kid. But what I do remember was that my Aunt was happy. From what I could tell she had every right to be. He liked motorcycles, liked to travel and loved her and her family. That was all I needed. And every since then every memory, every encounter with Steve was full of joy. And that is how I'll always remember him, till that veil is removed, as a man full of love and joy.
