Obituary of Kenneth Busby

Kenneth Calvin Busby, age 70, of Wagoner, Oklahoma passed from this life on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at his home. Kenneth was born on February 4, 1938 in Hulbert, Oklahoma to Earnest and Fannie (White) Busby. He received his education and graduated from high school in the Arkansas City, Kansas school system. Kenneth and Carolyn Sue Luna were united in marriage on May 22, 1957 in Paris, Arkansas. Kenneth was a self-employed carpenter and cabinet maker for 40 years. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. His hobbies included traveling and doing church work. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn of the home; two sons, Bennett Busby of the home and Jeff Busby and his wife, Cindy, of Wagoner, Oklahoma; two daughters, Kelly Hymes and her husband, Mike, of Rockford, Minnesota and Kimberly Johnson and her husband, Jeff, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; three brothers; three sisters; and eight grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Bailey Busby, Levi Hymes, Aaron Hymes, Kadie Busby, Natasha Hymes, and Paige Busby. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, and two brothers. A memorial service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Wagoner, Oklahoma.
