Obituary of Eric Voss

Eric Alexander Voss, age 30, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed from this life on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Eric was born on April 25, 1977 in Peoria, Illinois to Terry L. Voss and Jonna Couri. He received his education at the Victory Christian School and graduated from high school in 1995. He then attended Tulsa Community College for one year. Eric and Michelle Wies were united in marriage on April 9, 2000 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Eric worked as a lineman for Cox Communication for eight years. He was a member of the Grace Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and playing video games. Survivors include his wife, Michelle of the home; one son, Blake Moses of the home; two daughters, Ceirra Moses and Tara Moses of the home; his parents, Terry Voss of Coweta, Oklahoma and Jonna Couri of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; two brothers, Brandon Voss of Coweta, Oklahoma and Jonathon Voss of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one sister, Jennifer Voss of Tulsa ,Oklahoma; his maternal grandmother, Agnes Couri of East Peoria, Illinois; and two nephews, Brady Voss and Joseph Voss. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Ida Mae Voss. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at Grace Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with Reverend Al Poncel officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow. Arrangements are under the direction of Wright Funeral Home.
