Obituary of Randy Crawford

Randy Dean Crawford, age 57, of Coweta passed from this life on Saturday morning, December 22, 2007 at his home. Randy was born on November 2, 1950 in Lamesa, Texas to Archie Dean and Sarah Virginia (Outlaw) Crawford. He received his education in the Lamesa, Texas school system. Randy and Sunny June Stout were united in marriage on February 22, 1973 in Lubbock, Texas. In 1986, they moved to Coweta, Oklahoma from Lubbock, Texas. Randy worked as an electrician assistant at Bob Roberts Electric for ten years. He was of the Mormon faith. Randy enjoyed watching television. Randy is survived by his wife of 34 years, June of the home; two sons, Randy Dean Crawford, Jr. and Bruce Ronald Crawford of Coweta, Oklahoma; two daughters, Melissa JaAnn Ash and Kristine LaDonna Crawford, both of Coweta, Oklahoma; his father, Archie Dean Crawford of Como, Texas; three brothers, Steven Blane Crawford of Dale, Texas, Brian Cornelius Crawford of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Archie Dean Crawford, Jr. of Texas; four sisters, Deborah JaAnn Harper of Crawley, Texas, Judy Diane Dancer of Corpus Christie, Texas, Donna Lynn Homan of Dale, Texas, and Versey Kay Stevens of Austin, Texas; nine grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Randy was preceded in death by his mother and one brother. A memorial service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 31, 2007 at Wright Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Ken Kohlbacher officiating.
