Obituary of Frances Bolding

Frances E. Bolding, age 85, of Tulsa, OK passed from this life on Tuesday evening, October 16, 2007 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. Frances was born on February 18, 1922 in Coweta, OK to Shady and Versia (Catron) Cantrell. She received her education in the Coweta school system. She and J.B. Bolding were united in marriage in February 1941 in Wagoner, OK. In 1955, she and J.B. moved to the Tulsa, OK area from Coweta, OK. Frances worked as a health care provider at Hissom Memorial Center for 12 years until her retirement in 1987. She was of the Baptist faith. Her hobbies included reading, doing crossword puzzles, watching TV, and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Frances is survived by her daughter, Judy Weaver and her husband, Bill, of Tulsa, OK; two grandchildren, Jeri Jaeger and John Weaver; and numerous nieces and nephews. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Jimmy Bolding, and one sister. Graveside services were at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 22, 2007 at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK with Rev. David Jones officiating.
