Obituary of Betty Sue Beck

Betty Sue Beck, age 81, resident of Coweta passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at her home in Coweta, OK surrounded by her family. Betty was born on April 14, 1935 to Archie and Alice Mae (McCormick) VanLiew in Lubbock, TX. She and David Beck were united in marriage on February 15, 1952. Betty worked at AT&T as a Coin Clerk until she retired. She was a member of Lone Star Baptist Church in Coweta. She enjoyed quilting, oil painting, going to craft shows and she loved her church. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, RJ VanLiew and 1 grandson, Toeper Dwain Magby. Betty is survived by her husband, David Beck of Coweta, OK; 1 daughter, Deborah Kay Donley and husband, Donnie of Coweta, OK; 1 son, Dennis Ray Beck and wife, Susan of Batesville, AR; 6 grandchildren, Devin Donley (Catey), Jerard Magby (Jennifer), Rachel Dragony, Mandie Browning, Jason Beck and Daniel Beck (Jenny); 12 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
