Obituary of David Wayne Dotson

David Wayne Dotson, age 63, of Coweta passed away on Sunday morning, October 16, 2016 at his home in Coweta, OK. David was born on November 18, 1952 to Robert Earl and Ellen (Silas) Dotson in Broken Arrow, OK. In 1975, he married Marian Kate Cunningham. David worked as a batch operator at Ralston Purina, part owner/operator of Eagle Printing, a CNC Machinist at Baker Hughes and Cyclonic Valve Company until he retired. He enjoyed reading and studying his Bible, fishing, shooting guns, playing guitars, watching and feeding birds, cooking and serving communion at church. David was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ellen Dotson and 1 brother, Michael Ray Dotson. David is survived by his wife of 41 years, Marian Dotson of the home in Coweta, OK; 1 son, Justin Dotson of Coweta, OK; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. A memorial service for David will be at 1 PM on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Wright-Brown Family Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, OK with Pastor Allan Swinson officiating.
