Obituary of Isaac Cortes-Diaz De Leon

Isaac Cortes-Diaz De Leon, infant son of Alicia Diaz De Leon and Isaias Cortes entered into the loving arms of Jesus on Thursday morning, April 14, 2016 at The Children's Hospital at St. Francis. Isaac was born just 13 days before on April 1, 2016. During his 13 short days here on Earth he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Isaac is survived by his mother, Alicia Diaz De Leon; his father, Isaias Cortes; 2 sisters, Stephaniy Nicole Cortes and Giselle Cortes; 1 brother, Mike Cortes; his paternal grandmother, Maria Guadalupe Hernandez; his maternal grandparents, Cipriano Diaz De Leon and Juana Diaz De Leon; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. Isaac was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Felipe Cortes. Services will be held at 4 PM on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the First Baptist Church in Coweta, Okla. with Pastor David Casas officiating.
