Obituary of Anita Kaye Sanchez

Anita Kaye Sanchez, age 50, of Coweta, Okla. was born on September 5, 1965 to Jackie Ray and Louise Marie (Warehime) Bush in Tulsa, Okla. Anita passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, April 2, 2016 at her home in Coweta, Okla. Anita was a 1983 graduate of White Oak Schools. After graduating, she served in the United States Navy. She and Christopher Sanchez were married on April 20, 1991 in Longview, Tex and together they raised one son, Greg. Anita worked at Classic Paint & Body in Coweta as Office Manager for the past 12 years. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to concerts, watching OU especially football, doing crafts and she loved spending time with her family and friends. Anita's family meant everything in the world to her. Anita was preceded in death by her mother, Louise Marie Bush, her father, Jackie Ray Bush, 3 brothers, James Edward Bush, Ronnie Bates and Dean Bush and her maternal and paternal grandparents. Anita is lovingly survived by her husband, Chris Sanchez of Coweta, Okla.; 1 son, Greg Sanchez and special friend, Jordan Kimball of Coweta, Okla.; her mom, Shirley Bush of Diana, Tex.; 4 brothers, Scott Bush of Winona, Tex., Ricky Bates and companion, Melody Barnes of Longview, Tex., Randy Bates and wife, Sheri of Diana, Tex. and Rodney Bates and companion, Kim Smith of Diana, Tex.; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends. Viewing will be from 9 AM - 8 PM on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Wright-Brown Family Funeral Home with the family present from 5-8 PM. Funeral services celebrating Anita's life at 11 AM on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the Coweta Assembly of God in Coweta, Okla. with Bubba Burcham officiating. Burial will be in Ochelata Cemetery in Ochelata, Okla. Pallbearers are Mason Bates, Jeremy Bates, Seth Foster, Melton Barr, Steve Warehime and Kris Korthals.
