Joe was a great co-worker. No matter how many times I called to get particulars on a trade, Joe never complained. He always had a welcome smile and was willing to assist. What I remember mostly was how he would light up when talking about his kids. He gave us updates each time he came to Little Rock. I hope the happy memories of Joe bring his family comfort as they go through this difficult time. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

What a good guy Joe was...From the first time we met, he was a friend. He would always go that extra step in helping you and have fun doing it. Joe loved his family and talking about his kids. Joe loved life and he will be missed by many friends. Gone but not forgotten... God Bless his family

I was very sad to hear of Joe passing. My thoughts are with his family. I worked with Joe for many years and enjoyed when he visited us in Little Rock. He loved the homemade salsa from this specific Mexican restaurant here and would take home a pint at a time. Sending a prayer for his children, whom he was so proud of.

I liked Joe a lot. His was the first friendly face I saw each morning as I walked to my office in the "glass cube" from the North parking lot. We'd wave at each other as I passed by the security desk. Occasionally, Joe would come down from his desk on the trading platform, pass through the door and chat me up. Sometimes Joe bore gifts, like a small baseball bat containing the company logo, which I now have on my mantle. Behind his desk were pictures of his family and a wide assortment of figurines. I don't know what they were, but they made up an interesting display next to the CNBC shows on big screen TV located behind him and to his right. I had a chance to go to dinner and to lunch with Joe and thoroughly enjoyed myself each time. Jor priced bonds well here on earth. I got great service from Joe. I miss him. He was redeemed here. God got a good deal on this trade. I hope to see you Joe when I do my last Big Syndicate deal. No randomizer.

Joe was definitely one of the truly good people you come across in life. Although we lost touch as life evolved, it weighs heavy on me that he is no longer here and the world is worse off without him.

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of my friend Joe Capps. We often shared talks about our families and our love of our favorite football teams. I worked in Dallas and Joe and Vada Ware assisted me with all of my government trades. He was a good trader and better yet a great friend.
