Obituary of Sandra Richard
On April 4, 1974, a beautiful daughter was born to Mrs. Betty L. Smith and Johnny R. Richard. She was born in Arkansas and she was raised in Oklahoma. One brother, one sister, two uncles, her two grandmothers, and one grandfather preceded her in death. She leaves to mourn her mother, Betty L. Harris and step-father, Ronnie D. Harris; two brothers, John M. Richard and Isaac Richard; a brother, David Washington who she adopted and loved; nine aunts, Mrs. E. Graves of Oklahoma, Mrs. E. Saunders and E. Thomas of Arkansas, Mrs. P. Bush and F. McCall of California, C. Turner of Texas, Mrs. M. Smith of Arkansas, Miss B.A. Smith, V. Brown, and Mrs. C. Morgan, all of Mississippi; five uncles, M. Richard of Arkansas, E. Nill and Paul Richard of California, Neal Smith, Jr. of Arkansas and J. Smith of Mississippi; and one grandfather, Mr. Neal Smith, Sr. of Newport, Arkansas who loved her very dearly. She was brought to Coweta, Oklahoma in 1974, where she was raised up. She went to N.H.C. Christian School. Her nickname was “Big girl” and “Kattie.” She loved music. Her favorite song was “It Not by Power” and “Not by Night but by my Spirit says the Lord.”
