Obituary of Clifford Pilgrim

Clifford T. Pilgrim, age 73, of Coweta, Oklahoma passed from this life on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital South in Tulsa. He was born on January 6, 1936 in Carbon, Oklahoma to Murray Pilgrim and Evelyn Lamb. Clifford was a loving husband to his wife. He attended the school for the deaf in Sulphur, Oklahoma. He worked for the Selective Service where he manufactured ammunition in McAlester for 20 years. He was of the Baptist faith. His hobbies included working on mowers and motor engines. Clifford will be dearly missed by all those who knew him. Clifford was preceded in death by his parents. Clifford is lovingly survived by his wife, Loretta J. Pilgrim of the home and his aunts, Ester Bradley and Maggie Butler. A memorial service for Clifford will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at Vernon Cemetery with Brock Watson officiating.
