I am sad to hear that Jesse has passed away. He was one of my best friends growing up. I still remember the first time we met. We were around 7 years old and playing in a soccer match. He was the best player on the field and from that point on was an inspiration to me. I thought he was the coolest kid, because his mom spray painted a lightning bolt on the side his hair. It's funny how memories like that stay with you forever. I will always remember the soccer tournaments we traveled to together and all the fun times we had playing sports. I remember the soccer tournament in Florida we went to and won. I remember spending the night at Jesse's house and waking up to the roosters and chickens. Even though our childhood was only a few years, I have so many great memories with Jesse. Jesse was always happy and laughing...just an all around great person. He was a loyal friend and enjoyed life. Some of my favorite memories as a kid had Jesse in them. Although we grew apart as we grew up, attending different high schools, leaving for college, etc...I will always consider Jesse one of my best friends. RIP Jesse.
