Obituary of Joshua Adams
Joshua LeRoy Adams, age 21, of Broken Arrow, OK passed away on Friday evening, August 13, 2010 after a tragic accident in Broken Arrow, OK. He was born on June 21, 1989 in Peoria, IL to Robert Michael Adams and Connie Vanessa (Brownlee) Evans. Joshua was a loving son, brother, grandson, and uncle to his family and a great friend to many. He was raised in Illinois and attended school at Illini Bluffs High School in Illinois. In 2008, he moved from Illinois to Broken Arrow, OK, where he has made his home for the past couple of years. Joshua was a self-employed landscaper. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing, hunting, riding four wheelers, guns and knives, and he enjoyed watching baseball. Joshua will be missed by his family and friends. Joshua is lovingly survived by his mother, Connie Evans of Tulsa, OK; his father, Robert Adams of Peoria, IL; four brothers, Michael Lee Adams of Glasford, IL, Dakota Graham Evans of Cedar Rapids, IA, Luis Ignacio Romero of Tulsa, OK, and Miguel Angel Romero of Tulsa, OK; six sisters, Jessi Lou Choate of Peoria, IL, Billie Sue Campbell of Tulsa, OK, Taylor LeAnn Brownlee of Tulsa, OK, Stephanie Lynn Brownlee of Tulsa, OK, Deeanna Shyann Brownlee of Tulsa, OK, and Sofia Nicole Romero of Tulsa, OK; his paternal grandmother, Bernadine Adams of East Peoria, IL; his grandmother, Sylvia Sue Brownlee of Glasford, IL; one niece, Kailynn; one nephew, Angel; and other relatives. Joshua was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and his paternal grandfather. Funeral services for Joshua will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Wright Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be before the funeral service from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2010.
